Terms & Conditions


  1. Clients should submit all reservations to our Customer Support Center at least 2 days prior to arrival,
    either via our website, http://www.eightville.com/, e-mail : eightvilleapartment@yahoo.com, or fax +66 (0) 2653-1143 .
    (The Customer Support Center will reply you soon by e-mail only. So, please don’t forget to give us your active e-mail address.)
  2. All rates are for room only, no breakfast service.
  3. All rates are net, inclusive of vat and service charge
  4. All rates are subject to change without any prior notice.

Room Policy

  1. Check - in : 2.00 p.m., check-out : 12.00 a.m. noon.
  2. Our office hour is 9.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m. from Monday - Saturday, and on Sunday 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
  3.  Early check-in before 2.00 p.m. is subject to room availability. Please notify in writing via our e-mail, website, fax or call us. If not, 150 Baht will be charged per hour.
  4. Late check-in after our office hour should be informed previously.  If not,  for the guests who don't place any deposit, we can't guarantee for room availability.
  5. Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 12.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of daily rate and after 6.00 p.m. will be charged at full rate.
  6. Maximum 2 persons plus a child under 2 years sharing parents room without extra bed are allowed to stay in room, no any extra charge.
  7. No baby cot service
  8. Pets are not allowed to feed in room.
  9. Smoking is not allowed, except at balcony only.
  10. Daily cleaning and twice a week for linen change are for daily & weekly rent.
    Twice a week for both cleaning and linen change are for monthly & yearly rent.
    ( Please hang our provided tag "Please Make Up Room" in case that such service is needed. )


  1. Daily & Weekly Rent
    • One night of total room rates charged is required for a deposit to secure confirmed reservation. Final payment can be made on arrival.
    • A security deposit is required as below.
      • 1 - 10 days : 1,000 Baht
      • 11 days up (less than 1 month ) : 1,500 Baht
  2. Monthly & Yearly Rent
    • 10,000 Baht of security deposit plus 1 month advance is for 1 to 3 month(s) lease.
    • 1 month security deposit plus 1 month advance is for 3-5 months lease.
    • 2 month security deposit plus 1 month advance is for more than 5 months lease.
    • Electrical supply Baht 6.-/unit/month, water supply Baht 300.-/month.
    • 10% deposit of total room rates charged is required to secure confirmed reservation. Final payment can be made on arrival

    There is no guarantee of room availability in case of no deposit.
    A securtiy deposit of daily, weekly, monthly & yearly will be refundable on the date of departure.

Cancellation & Amendment

Cancellations/amendments can only be accepted 1 time / 1 booking and in writing via email or fax within 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation/amendments received will not be guaranteed. Please check with our Customer Support Center. However, the deposit will be non-refundable.
2. The deposit in case of no show will be non-refundable.
3. Cancellation during rental period will not be able to ask for any refund.
